Multiple units can be clipped together to make very long piers. The Pier Centre Section has four equal-spaced holes, so that it can take either one or two roofed "shelter" sections: one centrally (as shown in the image), one offset, or two butted together for more extravagant-looking piers with an almost continuous central line of shelters or stalls.

The section can be used without the green shelter as a general-purpose jetty.
