Hawker Siddley HS125 twin-engined executive jet, model no. 723.

The model came in various colour schemes. This one has a yellow underside and a white upper side, a red stripe along the body, and two dark blue engine pods fixed on either side of its tail.

The original aircraft

The Hawker Siddeley HS.125 executive jet aircraft started out as the De Havilland DH.125 Jet Dragon, the "Jet" in the name stressing the difference between this and the company's previous previous (piston-engined) executive plane, the DH.104 Dove .

The HS.125 was a useful airframe that spawned a number of special-purpose variants for particular customers.
