Crawford's Biscuit Van type 3, pb (Hornby Series)
Crawford's Biscuit Van type 3, pb (Hornby Series)Crawfords Biscuit Van from the 1928 Hornby Book of Trains, with the same livery, but with "open" trunionwork (i)
A bright red Hornby Series railway Crawford's Biscuit Van, with bright red base and roof, and a black undercarriage - the type 3, "closed" version with a crossbar linking the wheel trunnions on each side.
The side of the van is marked "CRAWFORD'S BISCUITS" in gold capital letters with a thin black outline, and a royal crest, bottom-left. The goods van doesn't seem to have a "Hornby Series" sticker (at least, not on the side that's visible).
This model railway wagon is part of a train on the 1930s gauge 0 layout that performs a single circuit of the track when visitors press a button.
