A grey 1920s Hornby Series Breakdown Van and Crane.
Description
The piece consists of a grey "No.1 Wagon"-style structure with white roof, attached to one end of a No.2-style black base with eight silver wheels on two black bogies, and a grey crane at the other end, marked "TO LIFT 10 TONS" in white capital letters.
The "van" structure is marked "LMS" in mid-sized red-shadowed gold letters, on a wall panel alongside the hinged door.
