A boxed Tri-ang architectural Arkitex Scale Model Construction Kit, Set No.B (00/H0 scale), from the early 1960s.
This set produced 1960s steel-girder-and-concrete-panel -style model buildings scaled to work with 00-gauge and H0-gauge model railways.
