A cast lead yellow-and-black Four-Wheel Petrol Lorry with white rubber tyres, manufactured by Taylor and Barrett for A.J. Holladay, to be part of the Skybirds range (model number 35B).
Construction
The lorry is cast in three main pieces: the chassis and mudguards, the superstructure, and a separate silver radiator/headlights part: the two main parts engage together at the back, and are then secured by a pin or small nail through the radiator at the front.
Just visible inside the casting are the words "COPYRIGHT ENGLAND" / "MADE IN ENGLAND" / "T&B"
