1985: Permit for The Old Penny Palace [image info]
The Old Penny Palace appeared on Brighton Seafront in 1986, and moved along the seafront to a different smaller location in 1987.
In 1994 the museum moved along the seafront again, and became the Mechanical Memories Museum
