" This model represents a miniature of the big crocodile, it is grey and yellow painted. It is opening its mouth a little bit, just to show people that it is powerful like the big crocodile. "

1940 catalogue description

" During the whole of a Crocodile's life, it continues to increase in size. The favourite haunts are sandbanks situated in the parts of the river where the current is not too strong, and there it may be seen at all hours of the day sleeping with wide open mouth. It is a dangerous animal at all times. "
