A painted cast lead model of a circus Lion Tamer, item 448B from the Britains Mammoth Circus range (Britains Ltd).
This model represents a lion tamer wearing a red uniform decorated with three yellow lines as well as black trousers and boots. He commands his brown pentagonal base with an air of authority, helped by the gesture of bringing his left hand to the front. A severe expression lies in his black eyes and long black moustache. In his right hand he is holding a brown whip.
