A painted hollowcast lead Baby Kangaroo or Wallaby, from the Britains Zoo range, probably pre-war, catalogue number 935. Wallabies are similar to kangaroos, but smaller, so the same model serves as either a wallaby or a young kanagaroo.

Giulia
" The baby kangaroo is the big one in miniature. It is standing on its hind legs but also on its tail because it is really powerful and muscular. Its front legs are touching forward. "

1940 catalogue description
