Takes a cabinet number and a shelf number (parameters 1 and 2).
If the shelf number is present and valid, and doesn't equal zero, outputs "Shelf n"
The "cabinet number" variable is there to support for "special case" cabinets, with special numbering systems (not yet implemented)
