Loco entry naming, etc

My default naming for these initial loco entries sucks. They probably ought to be something more like "Loco, 00-gauge (manufacturer)", or "Loco, 00-gauge (scratch-built)", but since I didn't know who made any of them, I had to assume that they'd have to be renamed at some point anyway. :(

Shelf numbers can be appended as "Exhibit|Loc=nn|Shelf=nn", but I still have to rewrite the "Exhibits" template to make the numbers show up. Will also add automatically-generated shelf categories, probably using the "stealth category" method, which I haven't tried yet. Have been too busy to do it. I'm assuming that the bottom shelf will normally be #1 A graphical shelf-indicator thingy might be fun in theory, too, but I haven't worked out whether it'd look nice of a bit rubbish. Need time to experiment.

Oh, Nick ... you know how I said that I thought I had info on one additional loco that wasn't yet online? I don't. It's already on there. BTMM Eric 01:17, 22 May 2012 (BST)
