1951 -     

Created by J.H. Glasman in 1951, Betal began with the creation of die-cast and tinplate vehicles but eventually branched into hollow-cast toy figures including re-releases of the knights formerly created by Doran.

Betal are famous for the boxes their toys were sold in as the bright colours and detailed designs were often viewed as more interesting than the toys themselves!
