Why only Pip and Squeak?
An immediate question is why this is ony a "Pip and Squeak" annual, rather than "Pip, Squeak and Wilfred". This is answered by the last interior printed page, which has an advert for a separate "Wilfred" 1937 annual.
Donation
The annual was donated by Rosemary Mann and Jeremy Kite in November 2021. It was originally owned by Patricia Eleanor Kite, whose name is inscribed in the back of the book, in pencil.
