A horizontal hot-air model of the type of engine typically used in mills, featuring a large flywheel.

The engine was built by Gordon Bowd, and is fixed to a based patterned with a black and white chequerboard pattern to represent factory floor tiles and provide a sense of scale for the original full-size engine.
