This image has been edited from the Brighton and Hove Official Guidebook, undated but possibly 1961 (or very close to 1961). There's no photo date or credit, which suggests that it may be a (now obsolete) "promotional" image, presumably owned by Brighton Corporation or their successors. We're using the image here for its assumed original purpose, to promote and/or present useful visitor information on Brighton to potential visitors.
