An 00-gauge model of a black and gold "Vulcan" 2-2-2 GWR express passenger locomotive.
One of six 2-2-2 locomotives ordered by Isambard Kingdom Brunel for the GWR from Charles Tayleur's "Vulcan Locomotive Works", the "Vulcan" loco was the first to run on the Great Western Railway, in 1837.
