A very rare set by Sacul of the characters from the much-loved 1950's BBC children's television puppet show, "(Bill and Ben,) The Flowerpot Men". The three characters are Bill and Ben (who live, naturally enough, in flowerpots), and their friend, "Little Weed.
Bill and Ben's utterances were typically incomprehensible variations on "Flobbodobbo", while Weed's vocalisations tended to be limited to a high-pitched "Weeeeeeeeeeeeeed!".
The set includes the original cardboard box and pair of terracotta pots.
