A drab green Meccano model articulated Army Tank transporter, made from the Meccano Army Multikit set (1974).
The transporter has the dedicated green "Army Multikit" cab shell, fitted with four fat-tyred Multikit wheels, pulling the transporter section with wheels at the rear.
Its situated high above the main Meccano display cabinet, loaded with a matching Meccano Multikit Tank.
Design
This is a custom design that doesn't correspond to anything in the Multikit manuals ... although the "Combat Multikit" manual does include a tank transporter, this version has a different cab (using the "Army Multikit" cab shell), a different cab chassis, and a different transporter section.
