A black painted tinplate gauge 0 0-4-0 model of a pantograph electric locomotive, number EB148, made by Seki / Sakai, Japan.
The loco has a single pantograph and a rectangular roof feature that probably represents a ventilation panel, with a working electric light at one end of the roof. The side-walls have punched square edge-hole ventilation grids.
