A blue-grey gauge 0 electric pantograph locomotive with white roof and two unpainted grey metal pantograph roof pickups, made by Meccano France circa ~1938.

The loco is marked "P.O." and "El.31".

The "PO" probably stands for either Chemins de fer de Paris à Orléans, or the later Chemins de fer de Paris à Orléans et du Midi (PO-Midi).
