An 00-gauge Hornby Low-sided Wagon with Insulated Meat Container, Hornby-Dublo 4646.
The white "INSUL-MEAT" container was one of two containers for Hornby Dublo that worked either with the Dublo low-sided wagon or with the Dublo Dinky Bedford flatbed trucks (the other item being the brown furniture transport container).
