A red diecast London Transport No.109 Metrobus double-decker bus, Corgi C675/4, with yellow opening concertina doors, carrying Beatties advertising.
Justification
The bus is not quite in perfect condition or boxed, and is not all that old (circa ~2000?) and is in storage: it came in as part of a donation and we kept it because of the historical aspect of the Beatties toyshop chain advertising and the store listing. It'd be useful if we ever put together a display of historical and defunct toy shops.
Advertising:
- Right side: "BEATTIES MODELS & HOBBIES ... TOYS & GAMES", "WHERE THE FUN BEGINS!", pink on black, with white on green solid outline of mainland Britain.
- Left side: Listing of store location, pink on black
- Rear: "YOUR ALL LEISURE ... ALL PLEASURE STORES!"
